Meet the owner
Billy Scott
Billy Scott was born and raised in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and is a lifelong firearm collector, marksman, and outdoorsman.
Combining a deep respect for firearms with strong mechanical and problem-solving skills, he naturally gravitated toward the craft of gunsmithing.
Since 2016, Billy has served as the owner and Range Safety Officer at Levy Gun Range. He specializes in firearm safety education, concealed carry instruction, gun repair, modification, and assembly across a wide range of platforms. He is particularly skilled in improving firearm accuracy and precision, identifying and correcting potential safety hazards, and restoring antique firearms with care and precision.
Outside of the range, Billy is best known as the beloved “Paw Paw” and the family’s go-to handyman. He has two adult children and seven grandchildren who adore him. He proudly supports his grandchildren at countless games, matches, and competitions, cheering them on across multiple sports and activities. An avid hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman, Billy brings the same patience, responsibility, and passion to the outdoors as he does to firearm safety and craftsmanship.
